Unit is near empty on pressure gauges indicating a leak. Condenser is a r22 unit from 2004 with severe coil degradation. Furnace manufactured in 2004. Recommend replacing due to age and refrigerant type. Quoted customer for replacement. Customer opted to call home warranty company. Charged dispatch fee and email estimates.
