Gather information on exsiting Furnace. Furnace is a standalone system meant as heating in the barn for the horses. Quoted a new Furnace, 10 year manufacture warranty 1 year labor warranty.

Customer stated units it did not cool properly. Identified capacitors on both condensers to be below the intended range. Also discovered the upstairs system to be low on charge. Recieved approval from HO to replace both capacitors with Turbo Capacitors as well as charging the system. Both systems are now performing as intended

During inspection I discovered the condenser to be intermittently running. Identified the float switch to be going off. Drain line was backed up informed HO and recieved approval to blow out the drain line. System began running once corrected. Began inspecting refrigerant pressures, discovered the refrigerant pressures to be constantly rising and falling. Identified a bad piston. System is not under warranty. Quoted several options. Set a call back time for 1pm.

AC Repair Service: The homeowner’s AC unit wasn’t cooling their home properly. Upon inspection, I found that the compressor had overheated due to a blocked condenser coil, which restricted airflow. After cleaning the coil and allowing the compressor to cool down, the system's cooling performance was fully restored.

Customer stated she was smelling gas in her bedroom when the ac system would come on, she informed me she hasn't ran the heater this season yet. Inspected both systems. Confirmed gas valve on both systems open and close. Inspected for leaks in the gas line which I was unable to find. Recommend calling Centerpoint at this time to have them come out and inspect.

Found ducts to be sweating need to separate and reseal space. Recommended whole home dehumidifier to help prevent future humidity problems. Might have to redo plenums. HO may have another company come out to inspect growth. Will give a referral for a company in that line of work. HO would also like to get a second opinion for this repair.

My AC went out from the storm on 5/16 that blew through Houston. I called Jon Blitz at Temperature Pro and he took the time to help troubleshoot possible issues over the phone. He told me if they didn't work, he would send someone out immediately. Many HVAC companies wouldn't take the time to do that. They would just send someone out and charge you. I couldn't get the issue resolved from troubleshooting so Jon sent Austin out immediately. Austin showed up with a smile, was very professional and was able to take care of the issues. He worked diligently to ensure customer service and satisfaction while solving the issue. He did a very good job at explaining the issue to ensure I understood what went wrong, what the temporary fix was and what needed to be done to solve the problem and why. TemperaturePro was able to get me on the scheduled ASAP and resolve my issues. Highly recommended for service, knowledge, & recognizing customer needs with a willingness to execute them.
