Customer stated condenser makes a noise for a few seconds upon shutdown that they were not used to hearing. Explained I would test the system to determine if the noise was a typical noise to be hearing or if it is an issue. Identified the noise to be coming from the compressor. This is a usual noise that you should be hearing. Informed the HO. System is operating properly at this time.

Customer stated the system had been charged a few years back with 4lbs of refrigerant. Upon inspection the system I discovered the refrigerant pressures to be severely low. Inspected the rest of the system. Discovered the evaporator coil to be partially frozen. Informed HO and made several recommendations. HO will shop around a bit before making a decision. Set up a follow up call for tomorrow morning.

Customer stated over the weekend the thermostat was not satisfying, just wouldn't blow cold air during those time periods. Inspected unit as well as refrigerant pressures. All of which checked out as intended. Did discover some water in the drain pan. Blew out primary and secondary to ensure water flow. System is cooling at this time.

Performed maintenence on NBD new location. Unit is from 2024. Unit is performing as intended. Is a tough access. 2 filters inside, 20x20x1.

Discovered breaker to Condensing unit for the downstairs to have been shutoff, turned back on and began system test. System is now operating as intended. Completed the PPM for the Condensing unit. PPM has been completed. Systems are operating as intended.

Blew out the up stairs system drain line no more noise

Performed tune up on system tha covers left side of the home. Checked pressures and components amp draw. System was low in charge.Charged the system to the proper level.System is perfoming properly at the moment .Diagnosed a bad blower motor on system that covers right side of home.Unable to performed tune up. Did a visual inspection on condenser unit. I did notice ice build up on suction line. System is under warranty . Customer signed estimate on replacing blower motor .Will contact customer tomorrow morning .

Remove the existing system and install a new Goodman complete system Installed new Goodman complete system and completed the start up

Upon arrival I turned the system on to began testing. Confirmed furnace to receive power and call for cooling. Went outside to test the condenser unit. Discovered it operating. System is a R22 system. Recommend replacing system at this time.

Customer stated drain lines were clogged and had water in the ceiling after PPM. Re blew drain lines. Secondary is clear and flowing , recommend rerunning primary and replacing drain pan. Customer would like to hold of for the time being as she is wanting to purchase a new system.

PPM for 3 systems. All systems are operational at this time. One system is a older r22 system that I recommend changing out due to age and condition of the system. Will quote.

Performed tune up. System is low in charge. Recommended adding refrigerant and performing a leak search. Customer will call the contractor that replaced evaporator coil and condenser unit 3 yrs ago and will call us back if any issues..

Performed Spring Maintenance for HO unit. After inspection and testing unit currently has no issues and is operating as intended.

2 contactors one belt

Replaced hot surface ignitor. For down stairs system. Checked system operation. System heating at this time.

York uint for upstairs found bad hot surface ignitor need to pick up part next day and return for replacement

Preformed heating maintenance all safties are working. System OK at this time.

21 year old r22 system. Compressor struggling and ubit looks like it's in bad shape. Replacement is necessary. Quote in invoice.

Unit ever so slightly low on refrigerant. Over 25ish temp drop. Unit cooling fine and not freezing. Customer is aware.

Thermostat batteries were going bad. No cool call to contactor at package unit. Replaced batteries in thermostat and ubit started running and cooling.

Duct board return got sucked off. Re taped and re sealed it to hopefully not have this happen again. Unitnturning off on high pressure due to sucking in 100% 130+ degree attic air.
